How many people know the people who live next door or even across the street in buildings they pass by every day? How many know the people who run their neighborhood businesses? It may not seem strange to some people that they know very little about their neighbors these days. But there are some places in town that work pretty hard to try and be neighborly whenever they can, like Addison Airport. That’s why we rnjoy such a huge role in KaBoom Town every 4th of July.
Addison Airport’s Director Joel Jenkinson sat down with Airport Radio’s Pete Combs to talk about how he came to run one of the most successful airports in the country. During the interview though, Jenkinson mentioned a few of the topics related to the success of this airport that should sound like welcome news to residents who live nearby. Addison Airport wants to be a good neighbor, because it’s not our airport, it’s yours.
So how are we doing?
