On April 18 Mayor Todd Meier, Mayor Pro Tempore Bruce Arfsten, Deputy Mayor Pro Tempore Ivan Hughes, Council Members Al Angell, Jim Duffy, and Dale Wilcox joined Cawley Partners to break ground on the new office development at FOURTEEN555 Dallas Parkway. Formerly home to a Ewing car dealership, the property has sat vacant for years. The first phase of the project will include a 240,000 square-foot, six-story office building and a three-story amenity hub, which will have a full-service restaurant with indoor-outdoor seating on the ground level, a fitness center and conference facility on the second level, as well as an open-air, covered terrace with games and lounge seating on the third level. The second phase of the project will include an additional 240,000, six-story office building. The first building is already 50% pre-leased. We’re excited to see this space come together!
