The new Addison utility billing portal – AddisonUBPay.com – is now live.
This billing platform change will require current portal users to re-register on the new site. You can get detailed instructions in your November utility bill or here. Instructions and videos are also available at AddisonTexas.net. You will need information on your November utility bill in order to register.
All November invoices have been mailed – there will not be any e-bills distributed – and should arrive soon. If you currently receive e-bills and would like to continue to do so, you will need to opt in on the new system.
Automatic credit card payments for November will NOT be made. You will need to re-enroll on the new site.
Autodraft information has been transferred, but customers should review it on the new site to confirm the information is still accurate.
You have been assigned a new account number. If you pay through your bank’s bill pay system, you will need to update it with the new number.
We will have staff available on December 6 from 9am – 11am and 1pm – 4pm at the Addison Athletic Club to assist you in person or you can call 972/450-7081 Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm.
Please note that the November bill will also reflect the newly adopted utility, stormwater, and trash/recycling rates. The average residential customer can anticipate an increase of approximately 7.17%
