This new change may require some action on the part of our customers when you receive your November invoice. For example, if you currently pay through our utility billing portal, you will be required to re-register. If you pay through your bank’s bill pay system, you will need to update your account number.
All November invoices will be mailed. There will not be any e-bills distributed. If you currently receive e-bills and would like to continue to do so, you will need to opt in on the new system.
Automatic Credit Card payments will NOT be made for the November bill. You will need to re-enroll on the new portal.
Your November utility bill will include detailed instructions to guide you through the process. We will also have staff available on Thursday, December 6 from 9am – 11am and from 1pm – 4pm at the Addison Athletic Club to assist you.
Please note that the November bill will also reflect the newly adopted utility, stormwater, and trash/recycling rates. The average residential customer can anticipate an increase of approximately 7.17%
